Challenge
JMP has long recognized the importance of establishing early relationships with students as they learn statistics. For over 18 years, JMP has supported educational institutions, ranging from research universities to high schools, by providing their software to students and educators. However, as the program expanded globally, JMP faced challenges in ensuring that students could seamlessly access their software while maintaining direct relationships with users.
